Recently, we received troubling news from a customer who reached out to let us know that another brand has been selling tights with our official Melanin Fleece Tights tags still attached, passing them off as their own products. We want to thank that customer for the DM - your vigilance helps protect our brand and our community.

If one customer has experienced this, there is a strong chance others may have unknowingly purchased our tights from unauthorized sellers. While we’re grateful that this has helped some discover our brand, we need to address the issue clearly and transparently.

Melanin Fleece Tights is only affiliated with the official Melanin Fleece Tights brand—a proudly Black-woman owned business. Every tag on our products represents our research, testing, color development, and the dedication we put into creating shades that truly reflect and celebrate melanin-rich skin tones.

Any imitation or misuse of our tags is not innovation, it is imitation, misrepresentation, and theft of our work.
