Return Policy

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality, but we understand that there may be instances where customers need to initiate returns. Please note that our return policy is primarily for damaged items, and we appreciate your understanding that we are unable to process returns or exchanges based on color and size selection. For unused items damaged upon arrival, we accept returns within 7 days. Kindly reach out to us via email at with the subject line "Returns". We'll respond within 48 hours. Thank you for your cooperation in making your shopping experience with us satisfactory.

If approved for a return, the customer will be responsible for the return label and will need to provide a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear. Please return the approved item within 15 days. We do not accept returns on socks. 

For International Returns, the customer agrees to pay for any charges that arise when returning products. This includes custom charges and shipping fees.

Kindly refrain from ordering multiple sizes and shades with the intention of returning the ones that do not fit or match. If you require assistance in selecting the right size or shade, feel free to reach out to us at, and we'll be happy to help!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and clearance items or gift cards. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will incur a 10% processing fee and you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
